This lovely couple wed today with their parents as witnesses for a relaxed afternoon wedding ceremony.
The couple currently lives in the UK; parents are in Sydney and Perth. So we all met here in Sydney today for the couple’s wedding ceremony at my place, a beautiful backyard garden. It is always much nicer, cheaper and more relaxed than having an official wedding ceremony at the BDM registry office.
Since both the bride and groom live overseas, we communicated easily via emails while I took care of all the required legal requirements for the wedding. As well as of course preparing a nice afternoon wedding ceremony. We managed really well, without any meeting. I guided them on how to fill in the NOIM while still in the UK, have it signed by the authorized officiant over there, and then email the form to me. I then completed all the legal paperwork for an easy smooth wedding ceremony and wedding registration.
