I will advise you of the procedure, meanwhile here is some information to give you some idea of how easy it is to have a wedding in Sydney.
- You will need to fill in a legal document called a Notice of Intention to Marry (NOIM.)
- After filling out the NOIM, it must be signed at least 1 month before your wedding day.
- We can then sign it electronically.
- I will then email you a suggested script, and advise you on wedding locations and venues.
- I look forward to meeting you on your wedding day.
- After the ceremony, I will apply on your behalf for the official marriage certificate from the BDM and make sure you receive it once you’re back at home.
