Naming Day Celebrant Western Suburbs – We celebrated a beautiful naming day yesterday.
We were lucky with the weather, as it was sunny but not too warm.
We nominated four godparents. Three of them knew about the nomination, but it was a lovely surprise for the fourth godparent. It is just another way of appointing the godparents, obviously, assuming that the surprise will be welcomed nicely. I’ve never seen any objections for such a nice gesture:) So, yes, you can nominate as many godparents as you want.
Mum received the naming certificate, as well as godparents who each received a beautiful certificate.
We also talked about the grandparents’ role in helping and directing this little girl in her life.
