Prospective Marriage Visa
PMV or prospective marriage visa is a visa that as a marriage celebrant I can definitely assist with. One of the things you will need while applying for your spouse’s visa Australia checklist is the need to see a celebrant.
When you want to bring over to Australia your loved fiance, there is a very simple easy process that a celebrant can help.
- You will need to lodge the NOIM with me either while you are in Australia or overseas.
- One partner is sufficient for signing the notice in order to lodge it.
- Once the NOIM is lodged, I can then straight away issue your partner with a letter to immigration declaring your intentions of getting married here in Australia.
Please check out detailed explanations on how this work – Fiance immigration to Australia
Contact me with any question or as soon as you are ready to go ahead and lodge the NOIM.
Congratulations to another happy couple getting married after a successful PMV application.
The groom is from Greece, and while they were still living overseas we lodged the NOIM and applied for the PMV. So the whole process took place while the couple was still living abroad.
The day has arrived. Today they got married at Copes Lookout in North Sydney with some family around them.
A great location overlooking Sydney harbour.
Wedding Ceremony Sydney Review
I wanted to sincerely thank you for everything you did to make our ceremony so wonderful. Your experience, your unobtrusive guidance and direction when needed and your calm comfortable presence made our ceremony everything we wanted it to be. The way you handled all of the legalities of the marriage and the paperwork was also very efficient and worry-free for us. We truly could not have been happier. Thank you again, Orna.
Thank you and Best wishes for the future, Stoyan.
I completely share everything Stoyan says below.
You made things so easy and really helped us keep seeing our ceremony for what it was, a really special moment that didn’t need to be complicated.
We are both really glad we found you to share it.
All the best,
Stoyan & Danielle Wedding Ceremony, March 2019
