Naming Day Celebrant Werrington

A great venue for the naming ceremony in a beautiful Community Hall.

Together everyone gave a hand. The parents, family members and close friends helped decorate the hall with colourful balloons and covered the tables with pink and purple tablecloths.

We included the sand ceremony to emphasized the unity in the family.

Since there were so many people and family, we did it a bit different this time. Actually, you can choose to do the sand ceremony any way you want. I will take you through the options and give you ideas.

Parents chose only three colours of sand, each colour representing a group of people, the parents, the godparents and the grandparents. So this way, all the people in each group had a turn to pour some of the sand into the main jar.
