Sand ritual Naming Days Ceremonies – a beautiful symbolic ritual. You can include this ritual either at a naming day or a wedding ceremony.
In the sand ceremony there are nine colours of sand that you can choose from. Each colour represents different qualities and aspirations. I will email you what each colour stands for, so you can choose your favourite colours.
During the ceremony we pour the sand into one main jar. And now the grains of sand cannot be and poured back into the individual containers. So is your family, now joined together in this symbolic jar. A jar that becomes forever a keepsake.
